Create a 5 minute or less video project on "how to do something". A cooking show, how to mow a lawn, etc., may make great topics. Do something serious, humorous, etc., etc.! Make sure that you incorporate many elements in your project - video, music, narration, etc.   Storyboard the project first.

The following video is a great example of a humorous How to video, where the film maker got creative with the camera.  Watch it through to the end.
